The quality of your engraved / imprinted products depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us. Artwork can be submitted via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We accept the following file formats: .jpeg, .pdf and .ai, vector / .eps file is preferred. Acceptable artwork must be of a resolution no less than 300 dpi.
All new orders requiring artwork to be formatted, will incur a one time set up fee.
One proof will be provided at the time of order.
In the event of a defect material or workmanship, Badgeworks Plus will replace the goods. F.O.B. point of shipment or refund the purchase price for the merchandise at Badgeworks Plus sole discretion, provided that a written claim is received within 15 days from the shipping date. Badgeworks Plus shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.
A paper proof will be faxed / e-mailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted proof. One paper proof will be provided at no charge.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Checks (with Proper Identification), Purchase Order (Upon Approval).

Normal production time is 4 to 5 days from approval of Artwork / Layout. Additional charges will apply to rush orders (same day & next day). For Promotional Items, allow 2 weeks for production time.
All issues and concerns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Customers are required to inspect merchandise upon receipt of goods regardless of the use date of the order.
Orders are shipped pre-paid via USPS, UPS, FedEx unless otherwise specified by customer. Please contact Customer Service for "Rush" shipment pricing. COD Shipment not available.
Local and State tax will be applicable to all companies / residents located in Texas. All tax exempt entities must provide a "tax exempt" certificate at time of purchase.
